"The Sea, The Sea I", Oil on Plywood Panel |
As part of my summer series, I've been painting character studies of shells from my 6-year old's collection. She collects all types of shells and anything else one can find on a beach. The more I study them, the more the personality of each shell comes to life. We bought this one at a collectibles store along the CT Shoreline. We told our daughter to choose an item and this was it. This painting is framed in a wood floater frame and is ready to hang. If you would like to bid on this painting, click here.
